We took a weekend off to enjoy some cooler weather. It is good to have cooler evenings (65 to 68 degrees F,18.3 to 20 degrees C) daytimes are still warm, perfect for playing in the water. We had a wonderful ,relaxing , stress free time.
I took my pencils along …
There were lots of wild berries for the birds.
Then I was stuck in the camper while Leona was resting, and the others out kayaking. I follow a blogger who post many beautiful lighthouses, ( and old castle ruins)I decided to have a go at drawing one of them. I do hope she can guess which lighthouse I chose to draw.
Have a good week! Deb
Lovely photos, lovely art. We had good weather today, too. It started out cold and really warmed up.

Thank you! I don’t mind the day warming up some if the evenings and mornings are pleasant… it’s when it’s still 80 degrees at 10:00 pm that you know “hot day” is in the forecast tomorrow.

Oh, this all looks perfect–water and boats and children and pets! And the cooler weather must come as a relief–I know we’ve been glad to feel crisp fall air here–it was TOO hot for this time of year! I can see the progress in your drawing, too, and especially like the botanical drawings!

Lovely post. Photos (five and six) from the top show very similar landscape, which we have on our Lakeland areas and halfway in Finland.
Your drawings are very artistic, so beautiful and enjoyable. I love them.
Happy new week.
