And I think I need to try again after some drawing lessons! I did learn a lot though ,that was fun.

I like your try, this mini landscape quilt, the fabrics you chose show quite right the texture of the sand, the sea, the pebble, the sky….oh, I really like it! And I’ve just started to catch up with your other posts. 🙂

Thank you! The fabric choices were the easiest thing to do for this project.. It’s the drawing that I’m not at all good. I would have used the help of a copier..but ours quit working. Still a challenge is fun! 🙂 nice to have you visit again. 😊

Brave.. Well,more curious to see if I could even do it. I have some empty picture frames,thinking that some landscape quilting would look good in them .I enjoyed most of it except for the machine quilting,somehow I can’t fall in love with that. The problem with landscape quilting is would be hard to hand quilt with the Pellon that was suggested .. Might have to think how to work around that! Yes I’ll want to give it another try.

Lovely, it reminds me of the ancient sea stacks that you see on the Scottish Islands, with the blue of the sea and what look like mountains in the back ground. Keep it it up, practice makes perfect 🙂

Thanks! Actually the first picture was take in Wales, I asked for permission to use it … I liked the simple layout for this beginner.
